Corporate Chaplaincy
We spend so much of our lives at work, yet the deeply human parts of us—our griefs, our questions, and our sudden life changes—rarely pause just because we are on the clock. Sometimes, unexpected challenges or crises touch a workplace, leaving leaders and teams searching for a way to make sense of what has happened and how to move forward together.

The Third/THIRD Ministry
Often, the latter third of our lives is framed around what we are stepping away from, rather than the profound purpose we are being invited into. Offered annually as an online journey or a focused retreat, these cohorts help you discover the deep calling God still has for you.
✦ Flourishing in the Third/THIRD: A six-session journey (2 hours each) where we explore God’s promise for your Third/Third, nurturing relationships, stewarding health, practicing gratitude to renew mind and body, finding purpose beyond yourself, and creating new narratives for this season.
✦ Purpose in the Third/THIRD: A deep dive into the basics of purpose and calling, the spiritual practice of "Paying Attention," and finding continuity and surprise while experiencing deep gratitude and joy.
Happy 2 Love
It can be incredibly challenging to live and lead with love in our highly fragmented, polarized culture. Yet, as followers of Jesus, love is our truest mandate. Based on my upcoming book, Your Voice, Your Witness, this monthly online cohort (also available as a retreat) is a contemplative, journaling-based journey. Together, we learn how to protect our hearts and cultivate a fierce, gentle love for the world around us.
Preaching Cohort
God speaks through all of His people. This cohort is designed to equip lay women and men who feel a gentle nudge to teach and preach God’s Word. Using highly practical, current resources, we elevate the sacred privilege of sharing the text with the congregation. We create a safe, encouraging space to help you discover your unique voice and grow in your ability to communicate grace and truth.
Death Literacy
Death Literacy equips individuals, families, and communities with the knowledge, confidence, and practical tools needed to navigate death, dying, and grief with greater peace and preparedness.
In a culture that often avoids conversations about mortality, this offering creates space for honest, hope-filled reflection and learning. Whether through workshops, small groups, or personal conversations, participants gain understanding in areas such as advance care planning, supporting loved ones at end of life, navigating healthcare decisions, meaningful farewells, funeral and memorial options, and healthy grieving.
